Square Knight

BLACK THORN PROD GAMEJAM SUBMISSION

So you play as a knight who is square shaped, duh

GOALS

enemies who are also squares will attack you and hunt you until you die

So you're gonna have to kill them by swinging your sword . Well.. not always with the sword, in fact the enemies can die if they travel to fast and hit the wall or floor, and to do that, you can buy epic skills and items to help kill them faster and cooler. But to buy those items you must use your health as your currency, but at the end its gonna be worth it.. right?

and if you manage to kill the enemies you can get score, and you can use the score to increase your max health

CONTROLS

WASD Controls but your attack direction depends on which key you hold

Space to jump, hold space to jump higher, and if you have double jump skill you can jump mid air

If you have the fishing rod you can right click to extend and release by right clicking, and to you aim it using the mouse, you can grapple onto enemies and to yellow platforms or walls

if you have the dash skill you can press shift to dash (NOTE: enemy can't hurt you when you are dashing, or dashingly epic  ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). )

no assets were used in the making of this project, all of the thing you see in the game, artwork, music, and game logic are all made by me alone, as usual
